Power Factor Correction (PFC) capacitors are used for reducing the reactive power which is created by production machines and stresses the grid. This type of capacitor is used worldwide.
Hydra produces 1 or 3-phase cylindrical PFC-Capacitors up to 50 kVAR. All capacitors are equipped with an overpressure fuse and filled either with gas for the highest quality and safety as a dry capacitor.
